Repair Summary
Checked washer for not powering on following an electrical outage caused by a storm/lightning. Verified proper 120 VAC power at the outlet and confirmed voltage is reaching the main control board; however, the control board is not responding. Diagnosed a failed main control board. Washer requires replacement of the main control board to restore operation. Customer declined repair.
