Repair Summary
Checked washer for not starting. Upon inspection, found a 4C error code indicating a water supply issue. Tested each water valve and found the cold water inlet valve clogged. Replaced the cold water valve and tested operation. Ran a spin cycle with wet sheets and verified proper operation after adjusting the load for balance. Uploaded videos documenting the repair and testing. Also advised the customer not to push the washer too far back, as the hot water supply line was becoming pinched behind the unit. Washer is working properly at this time.
