Repair Summary
Checked washer for a noise complaint, especially during the spin cycle. Customer stated the noise would stop when she pressed on the door. Tested the washer with a load of laundry using Rinse and Spin and confirmed a squeaking noise. Also noticed the washer was off balance. Traced the noise to loose screws on the front panel frame (see video). Tightened both lower frame screws and properly leveled the washer. Tested again and verified the noise is no longer present (see video). Advised the customer to avoid excessively large loads, as they can cause unbalanced conditions. Ran the HASS Overall Check and submitted a passing report to Samsung.
