Repair Summary
Checked washer for a noise complaint, especially during the spin cycle. Rotated the drum by hand and found the tub bearing is faulty and excessively loud. Ran HASS diagnostics and found no stored error codes. The Overall Check passed; however, the tub bearing remains mechanically defective (see attached video). A complete tub repair will be required.
