Repair Summary
Checked washer for not draining and spinning properly. Upon inspection, found small pellets inside the washer and drain pump, potentially obstructing proper drainage. Connected diagnostic software and checked for stored error codes. Educated the customer on proper loading procedures to help prevent drainage and spin performance issues.
Removed, inspected, and replaced the drain pump. Ran diagnostic testing to verify proper operation of the drain and spin functions. Confirmed the washer is operating properly with no leaks detected. Uploaded a video documenting proper operation following the repair. Unit checks normal at this time.
