Whirlpool Dishwasher - Not Operating Properly

Repair Summary

Checked dishwasher for not operating properly. Upon arrival, ran the dishwasher through service diagnostics and found stored error codes for the motor and diverter. Tested the unit and verified it fills with water but begins draining after approximately one minute. During operation, heard abnormal clicking coming from the sump assembly area, consistent with the stored motor/diverter errors. Determined the dishwasher would require further repair to the sump assembly and related components. Advised the customer that the repair would not be cost effective. Customer decided to replace the dishwasher rather than proceed with repairs. No repairs performed at this time.
