Repair Summary
Checked refrigerator for the dispenser not working properly and a clogged drain. Flushed and cleared the refrigerator drain and verified it is draining properly. During inspection, found the ice maker intermittently making a grinding noise. Replaced the ice maker, initiated a cycle, and verified proper operation. Also found the water supply shutoff valve at the wall is seized and cannot be operated. Advised the customer that a plumber will be needed to repair or replace the household water supply valve. Refrigerator checks normal at this time aside from the external plumbing issue.
