Repair Summary
Checked refrigerator for intermittent ice production and torn door gaskets. Upon inspection, found ice buildup underneath the ice bin. The buildup could have been caused by the ice maker overfilling or a leak from the ice maker assembly. Tested the ice maker and did not duplicate any leaking or overfilling at this time. Replaced the ice maker and fill tube. Cycled the ice maker and verified it filled properly with no leaks (see video). Also replaced both upper refrigerator door gaskets and verified proper sealing. Advised the customer to allow approximately 24 hours for normal ice production.
