Repair Summary
Checked refrigerator for a large block of ice forming in the ice bin. Upon inspection, found the ice maker fill tube frozen, indicating the water valve was leaking and allowing water to enter the ice maker when it should be closed. Provided the customer with an estimate for the repair, which was approved. Replaced the water valve, ice maker, and fill tube. Tested operation and verified proper water fill with no leaks present (see video). Advised the customer to allow approximately 24 hours for normal ice production.
