Repair Summary
Checked refrigerator for no cooling. Upon arrival, customer stated the refrigerator had started cooling again late the previous night and was cooling properly that morning. Checked temperatures and found the fresh food section at approximately 40°F and the freezer at approximately 10°F. Verified the compressor, evaporator fan, and condenser fan were operating properly. Entered service mode and checked for error codes; none were present. Verified the ice maker is producing ice, and ice cream in the freezer was frozen solid. Inspected the compressor compartment for signs of refrigerant leakage and found no oil residue or other indication of a leak. Condenser fan is also operating properly. Advised the customer that the previous condition may have been related to a temporary power interruption or communication issue that caused the refrigerator to remain idle. Educated the customer on properly resetting the refrigerator and what to monitor if the issue returns. Set temperatures accordingly. Customer will continue to monitor the unit. Unit checks normal at this time.
