Repair Summary
Checked refrigerator for ice maker leaking and not producing ice. Upon arrival, verified proper water pressure to the refrigerator. Removed the ice maker and found the water fill tube and ice maker fill compartment frozen, preventing proper water flow and ice production. Replaced the ice maker, water inlet valve, and fill tube assembly. Cycled the ice maker and verified proper operation with no leaks or additional issues. Customer also reported an issue with the fresh food compartment light module. Returned for the scheduled repair and replaced the defective light module. Tested the lighting system and verified proper operation. Unit checks normal at this time.
