Repair Summary
Checked range for two broken burner knobs. Upon inspection, found both knobs cracked and spinning freely on the regulator shafts. Also found the metal collars had slid down and bottomed out against the regulators. Attempted to reposition the collars, but they continued to slide out of position. Removed and replaced the affected components along with both knobs. Tested operation and verified all four burners cycle and regulate heat properly from high to low. Educated the customer on proper use and care. No additional issues found. Unit checks normal at this time.
