Repair Summary
Checked range for the front right burner not igniting. Upon inspection, found the burner igniter had broken off due to rust. Also found the burner cap could not be removed because the mounting screws are severely rusted. Advised the customer that the complete cooktop assembly would need to be replaced to complete the repair. Due to the repair cost exceeding the value of the unit, the customer declined the repair and will continue using the range until they purchase a replacement.
