Repair Summary
Checked washer for reported leaking issues. Upon arrival, started a cycle and monitored the washer through the fill, agitation, and drain portions of the cycle. During draining, found the household drain pipe filling with water and beginning to overflow. This confirms the issue is with the household drain plumbing rather than the washer. Advised the customer of the clogged or restricted drain pipe, and the customer will have the household plumbing addressed. No leaks or operational issues were found with the washer. Unit checks normal at this time.
