Repair Summary
Checked washer for noises during the spin cycle. Customer provided a video, and the noise appeared to be coming from the cam clutch area. Inspected the unit and also found the agitator was warped. Replaced the agitator, cam clutch, and actuator. Tested operation after the repair and verified proper operation. Educated the customer on proper loading, advised against overloading the washer, reviewed items that should not be washed in the unit, and explained proper cycle selection based on the type of load being washed.
