Repair Summary
Checked washer for going off balance during operation. Upon inspection, tested the suspension rods and found they were defective. Ran the washer through a complete diagnostic cycle to verify all other components were operating properly. Confirmed the washer fills, washes, drains, and spins correctly with no additional issues. Replaced the suspension rods and completed a full calibration. Retested the washer and verified it is operating according to manufacturer specifications. Unit checks normal at this time.
