Whirlpool Washer - Off Balance & Stuck During Wash Cycle

Repair Summary

Checked washer for going off balance and getting stuck during the wash cycle. Customer stated the unit would complete the cycle but then restart approximately 10 minutes after the cycle was finished. No error codes were stored in the main control board. Inspected the suspension system and found the suspension components damaged and unable to properly stabilize the basket, causing the off-balance condition. Determined the suspension and main control board required replacement and ordered the necessary parts.

Returned and installed the new main control board and suspension components. Ran the washer through calibration mode and verified proper operation. The unit now checks normal with no further issues observed. Educated the customer on proper loading techniques to help prevent future off-balance conditions.
