Ran the dishwasher for approximately 20 minutes and no active leaks were found. Noticed dried residue between the sump and capacitor that appeared more consistent with dried detergent, which may indicate a previous oversudsing condition. A leak from the sump motor or seal is also possible; however, no leak could be duplicated during testing. Also found corrosion developing around the fill port on the left side. It is not currently leaking but may fail in the future. No active leak found at this time. Due to the age of the unit, customer may consider replacement if the issue returns.

Model: GDF535PSR7SS Location: Lehigh Acres, FL 33936 Repair Summary Checked dishwasher for leaking and door alignment concerns. Upon inspection, found the unit damaged, including damage to the door and cabinet. The unit is approximately three months old, and the tenant stated it was delivered in this condition. Contacted GE Tech Support and submitted pictures documenting the damage. GE determined the unit is considered unrepairable and will contact the customer regarding a resolution.

Model: ZSB9131N1SS Location: Fort Myers, FL 33913 Repair Summary Checked microwave for a frozen display. Upon arrival, removed the mounting screws and pulled the microwave out for service. Connected the GE SmartHQ diagnostic tool and attempted a software update; however, the display remained frozen with no change in operation. Reviewed the parts breakdown and confirmed the display, control board, and user interface are integrated into a single display assembly and cannot be serviced separately. Advised the customer that the complete display assembly would be required to complete the repair. After reviewing the repair, the customer elected to replace the microwave rather than proceed with repairs. No repairs were performed.

Model: RF30KMEDBSR/AA Location: Cape Coral, FL 33914 Repair Summary Checked refrigerator for an upper ice maker freezing over and a broken ice bucket. Upon inspection, confirmed the unit has the known ice room issue with no signs of any previous repairs or update kit installation. Explained to the customer that, due to the design of the ice room, there is no guarantee that replacing the recommended components will permanently resolve the issue and that the condition may return over time. Water pressure is very important that it is not to strong or weak and causes water to leak during fill. Also found the middle drawer touch panel was inoperative due to a broken door wire harness. After reviewing the age of the refrigerator and the cost of the required repairs, the customer elected to replace the refrigerator rather than proceed with repairs. No repairs were performed.

Model: MHW8630HW2 Location: Lehigh Acres, FL 33971 Repair Summary Checked washer for a SUD error code. Upon inspection, found the drain pump was not draining the water properly, causing the unit to detect excessive suds and interrupt the cycle. Replaced the faulty drain pump and tested the washer through multiple drain and wash functions. Verified the unit drained properly, completed the cycle without errors, and operated as designed. Uploaded a video demonstrating proper operation after the repair. Educated the customer on using the recommended amount of HE detergent and advised running a washer cleaner regularly to help break down pet hair, detergent residue, and buildup that can contribute to drainage issues and excessive sudsing. Unit checks normal.

Model: NE63A6511SS/AA Location: Bonita Springs, FL Repair Summary Checked cooktop for a no display complaint. Upon inspection, found the main control board had failed. Also noted signs of a previous infestation; however, the control board area was clean with no contamination affecting the repair. Replaced the main control board and display assembly. Model: LTCS20020W/00 Location: Cape Coral, FL 33904 Repair Summary Checked refrigerator for a water leaking complaint. The customer stated water had previously leaked from underneath the refrigerator but stopped after the unit was powered off and back on. Upon inspection, found the drain tube and drain passage behind the freezer evaporator cover were clear and free of ice or obstructions. Poured water into the drain and verified it flowed properly into the drain pan with no restrictions. The drain pan was holding water normally and no active leaks were found from the refrigerator. Also noted dried rust-colored water stains beneath the standalone freezer next to the refrigerator, indicating it may have leaked previously. Found condensation forming on the refrigerator suction line underneath the unit. This model does not use a condenser fan, and because it is located in a garage, the condensation is consistent with the operating environment. Verified the refrigerator is cooling properly. No repairs were required at this time.

Model: RS27T5200SR/AA Location: Lehigh Acres, FL 33971 Repair Summary Checked refrigerator for weak freezing. Upon arrival, verified the freezer was not maintaining proper temperatures. Connected HASS and performed the weak cooling test, which failed. Inspected the sealed system and immediately found a refrigerant leak at the condenser lokring connection. Performed a sealed system repair by replacing the filter drier and leaking lokring connection, then installed a compressor process tube. Pressure tested the sealed system with 350 PSI of nitrogen and verified the system held pressure with no further leaks detected. Evacuated and recharged the sealed system to factory specifications. Advised the customer to allow up to 24 hours for the refrigerator to return to normal operating temperatures. Unit checks normal.

Upon arrival, found the control lock feature enabled, preventing both the water dispenser and ice dispenser from operating. Disabled the control lock and verified both the water and ice dispensers were functioning properly. Educated the customer on the control lock feature and uploaded a video demonstrating normal operation. No further issues found. Unit checks normal.

Model: WF45R6100AC/US Location: Naples, FL 34110 Repair Summary Checked washer for a leaking water complaint. Upon arrival, found a puddle of water on the left side of the washer. Dried the water and removed the top cover for inspection. Before starting a test cycle, observed water stains on the rear of the dispenser housing. Started a cycle and immediately verified water leaking from the dispenser housing. Determined the dispenser assembly had failed and ordered the required replacement part. Returned and replaced the dispenser assembly. Tested the washer through multiple cycles and verified there were no further leaks. Removed the towels placed around the washer and confirmed no additional sources of water leakage were present. Unit checks normal.
