Upon arrival, customer described the noise and provided a video showing the compressor rattling loudly. Connected HASS and ran a service diagnostic report, which showed a locked-rotor compressor error. Although the Weak Cooling Test passed and the refrigerator was cooling properly at the time, the compressor was determined to be faulty and a sealed-system repair was required. Ordered necessary parts. Returned and installed the ordered parts and completed the sealed-system repair. Pressure tested the system to 350 PSI and found a pressure loss of more than 10 PSI within approximately 5 minutes. Contacted Samsung Tech Support and completed Visual Support. Bubble tested all accessible joints and connections with Tech Support and verified no external leaks were present. Based on the rapid pressure loss with no accessible leak found, the refrigerator has an internal sealed-system leak within the cabinet and is not repairable.

Model: GTS22KGNDRBB Location: Immokalee, FL 34142 Repair Summary Checked refrigerator for the bottom section not cooling properly. Upon arrival, found the evaporator fan motor not running and temperatures in the lower section warmer than normal. Observed the fan intermittently turning on and off, confirming a faulty evaporator fan motor. Replaced the evaporator fan motor and tested operation. Verified the new fan is now running properly. Advised the customer not to block the lower air vents to ensure proper airflow and cooling. Unit checks normal at this time.

Model: WM8900HBA Location: Immokalee, FL 34142 Repair Summary Checked washer for leaking. Upon inspection, found the leak coming from the dispenser assembly. Determined the dispenser housing and drawer assembly need to be replaced. Parts previously sent by the warranty company are not needed and will be returned. Warranty company was advised of the correct parts needed and will contact the customer regarding the next steps.

Model: GTD42EASJ2WW Location: Matlacha Isles, FL 33991 Repair Summary Checked dryer for tumbling but not heating. Customer stated the dryer was running and tumbling normally but producing no heat. Verified proper 240V supply at the outlet and to the dryer. Disassembled the unit and inspected the wiring, finding no broken or burned wires. Diagnosed a faulty thermostat on the blower housing. Provided the customer with a repair quote, which was approved. Replaced the thermostat and tested operation. Verified the dryer is now tumbling and heating properly. Unit checks normal at this time.

Model: GTW325ASW0WW Location: LeBelle, FL 33935 Repair Summary Checked washer for not draining. Upon inspection, found the drain pump leaking and shorted out. Replaced the drain pump and tightened the agitator. Tested the washer and verified it filled, agitated, drained, and spun properly with no leaks or additional issues. Unit checks normal at this time.

Model: JSP42SN3SS Location: Cape Coral, FL 33991 Repair Summary Checked oven for front left burner not regulating heat properly. Customer stated the issue was intermittent, with the burner sometimes turning on by itself or not turning on at all. Inspected the unit and found the burner regulator to be faulty. Replaced the regulator with a new one and transferred all necessary components. Tested operation and verified all burners turned on properly and regulated heat correctly from high to low settings. Unit checks normal at this time.

Model: RF30BB6200QLAA Location: Cape Coral, FL 33909 Repair Summary Checked refrigerator for no cooling. Upon arrival, found temperatures at approximately 70°F. Verified the compressor and fans were all running. Connected HASS and ran a service diagnostic report, which showed no error codes. Inspected the compressor area and found extensive sulfur-related corrosion and oil residue throughout the filter drier, refrigerant tubing, and compressor area, indicating the sealed system may be heavily compromised. Repair would require an extensive sealed-system repair, including the compressor, pipe connections, three-way valve, check plug, filter drier, and associated couplers; however, due to the extent of the sulfur damage, the integrity of the sealed system could not be guaranteed. Samsung reviewed the pictures and required parts and determined the repair would not be authorized because the sulfur damage is considered environmental damage rather than a failure of the refrigerator.

Model: LMX28988ST/04 Location: Fort Myers, FL 33913 Repair Summary Checked refrigerator for no cooling. Upon inspection, found all components running; however, the compressor was drawing low amperage, indicating compressor failure. Advised the customer that the refrigerator will require a sealed-system repair, including replacement of the compressor and filter drier, installation of a charging port, evacuation, and recharge according to factory specifications. Total repair cost is $1,815.00. After applying the $100.00 service fee already paid, the remaining balance is $1,715.00 plus tax. Due to the cost of the repair potentially exceeding the value of the refrigerator, also recommended that the customer contact LG to determine whether they may offer any assistance or warranty extension for the compressor/sealed-system repair.

Model: WDT730PAHZ0 Location: Fort Myers, FL 33901 Repair Summary Checked dishwasher for a broken upper rack. Customer showed that the upper rack was falling on the right side and would not reattach properly. Upon inspection, found the plastic rack adjuster damaged. Whirlpool has updated this design to a metal rack adjuster assembly. Replaced the original adjusters with the updated metal rack adjuster kit. Tested operation and verified the upper rack adjusts up and down properly and slides in and out smoothly. No other issues found. Unit checks normal at this time.

Model: WF45T6000AV/A5 Location: Naples, FL 34119 Repair Summary Checked washer for water continuously entering the unit. Upon arrival, ran test mode and found water continued flowing throughout the entire test even when it was not being called for. Replaced the water inlet valves and pressure sensor, which corrected the issue. Also found the hot and cold water supply hoses were connected backwards and corrected the connections. Retested and verified water now turns on and off properly as commanded with no unwanted water entering the washer. Noted evidence of a previous pest infestation; however, no live pests were observed at the time of service. All checks good at this time.
