Also inspected the detergent dispenser drawers and found significant waxy buildup beginning to accumulate around the drawers, indicating they are not being removed and maintained regularly. Advised the customer that this buildup can affect dispensing and cause restrictions. Tested all components through service diagnostics and verified the unit passed all tests. Confirmed proper hot and cold water fill with good pressure, agitation, draining, spinning, and heat operation. No active errors or leaks were found. Determined the drain pump may be getting weak and ordered a replacement. Returned and installed the new drain pump. During further inspection, found the dishwasher drain hose has been extended with a second hose, making the overall drain hose approximately twice the proper length. This is an installation issue and is restricting the drain flow, likely because the original hose did not reach the sink drain connection. Tested the drain at the junction of the two hoses and verified good water flow and pressure. However, when connected to the sink drain, the flow remained very slow. The drain pump was replaced due to its weakening performance, but the extended drain hose is still causing a significant restriction. Attempted to contact the owner but received no answer. Model: RF23BB89008MAA Location: Cape Coral, FL 33909 Repair Summary Checked refrigerator for weak cooling. Customer stated temperatures had been gradually increasing. Upon arrival, found the fresh food section slightly cool while the freezer was not cooling properly. Connected HASS and ran the Weak Cooling Test, which confirmed abnormally high freezer temperatures while the fresh food section was approximately 40°F and within range. Inspected the compressor compartment and found no traces of oil or refrigerant leakage. Inspected and bubble tested the accessible sealed-system connections with no leaks found. Verified all fans were operating properly. Findings indicated a possible restriction or sealed-system issue, requiring further sealed-system service. Ordered the necessary parts. Returned and completed the sealed-system repair. Replaced the filter drier and installed a service port. Pressurized the system to approximately 350 PSI with nitrogen and isolated it for 15 minutes. Pressure dropped approximately 0.8 PSI, which is within the acceptable range for a passing pressure test. Bubble tested all accessible connections with no evidence of leakage.
