Model: MHW5630HW2 Location: North Fort Myers, FL 33917 Repair Summary Checked washer for a recurring low-flow error. Customer recently had new water valves installed at the wall. Upon further inspection, found the wall valves were not labeled and the hot and cold supplies were opposite of what was originally assumed. Also found the cold-water valve at the wall closed, which was causing the low-flow error. Verified both wall valves are functioning properly and providing adequate water pressure (see video). Connected the washer hoses to the correct hot and cold supplies, opened both valves, and tested the washer multiple times. Verified proper hot and cold water flow with no additional low-flow errors. Unit is working properly at this time.

Model: WED4107SW0 Location: Fort Myers, FL 33905 Repair Summary Checked dryer for the Check Vent light coming on and a noise concern. Ran diagnostics and found an F1E1 error code indicating a main control board fault. Ordered the main control board with encoder, heater and blower thermistors, blower motor, and blower wheel. Returned and installed all ordered parts along with a new idler pulley due to the noise concern. Started a Timed Dry cycle and verified the dryer was operating properly with no abnormal noises and the Check Vent light did not come on. Advised the customer that since the necessary components have been replaced and the dryer is heating and drying properly, if the Check Vent light comes on again it may be a vent reminder rather than an issue with the dryer itself. Model: ME11A7710DS/AA Location: Fort Myers, FL 33908 Repair Summary Installed the new microwave door for the customer. Tested operation and verified the microwave is heating properly. Confirmed all door components and functions are operating correctly with no error codes present. Set the correct date and time for the customer. Unit checks normal at this time.

Model: WF90F53ADSA5 Location: North Fort Myers, FL 33917 Repair Summary Checked washer for fabric softener residue around the fabric softener compartment and on top of the detergent drawer, as well as detergent not dispensing properly. Customer stated this has been an issue since the unit was received in December. Tested operation and observed that water was not flowing in a steady stream through the dispenser but spraying in multiple directions (see video). Connected HASS and found a water supply error. Incoming water supply was good at the time of service, indicating the dispenser housing openings may be partially clogged and causing improper water distribution. Dryer needed to be removed from the stacked unit to access the necessary parts. Returned and replaced the complete soap dispenser assembly and drawer. Tested the washer by filling it twice and verified water now flows properly through the dispenser assembly without filling the auto-detergent dispenser. Ran HASS diagnostics and found no current error codes or leaks. Advised the customer to continue monitoring detergent and softener dispensing. Unit checks normal at this time.

Model: MED7230HW1 Location: Fort Myers, FL 33908 Repair Summary Checked dryer for no heat. Upon arrival, verified proper voltage at the outlet. Disassembled the dryer and tested the heating element and thermal cutoffs. Found the heating element faulty while all thermal cutoffs tested properly. Replaced the heating element and tested operation. Verified the dryer is now heating and cycling properly. Customer stated the external dryer vents were recently cleaned. Unit checks normal at this time.

Model: ME16A4021AS/AA Location: Fort Myers, FL 33913 Repair Summary Checked microwave for no power following a power outage. Replaced the main control board and noise filter. Restored power and tested operation. Verified the microwave is now powering on and operating properly with no additional issues. Unit checks normal at this time.

Model: NE63A6111SS/AA Location: Cape Coral, FL 33909 Repair Summary Checked range for the rear right burner not working. Tested operation and verified the concern. Inspected the unit and found the heating element faulty (see picture). Replaced the heating element along with the regulator and tested operation. Verified all four burner elements are now heating and operating properly (see picture). Unit checks normal at this time.

Model: RF27CG5010S9AA Location: Lehigh Acres, FL 33973 Repair Summary Checked refrigerator for weak cooling. Upon arrival, connected HASS and ran a service diagnostic report, which indicated weak cooling in the freezer section, while the fresh food section was barely maintaining temperature. No error codes were present. Verified the compressor and all fans were operating. Inspected the compressor area and found traces of oil at the condenser coupler, indicating a refrigerant leak and the need for a sealed-system repair. Ordered the necessary parts and had the customer sign a damage waiver since the refrigerator needed to be moved sideways to provide proper access for the repair. Returned and completed the sealed-system repair. Pressure tested the system and verified it passed with no additional leaks found. Advised the customer to monitor the refrigerator and allow approximately 24 hours for temperatures to stabilize.

Model: RF261BEAEWW/AA Location: Fort Myers, FL 33908 Repair Summary Checked refrigerator for no cooling in the fresh food section. Upon arrival, found ice buildup coming through the air vents. Provided the customer with a repair quote, which was approved. Thawed and removed all ice buildup, then installed the leak kit, defrost sensor, and new evaporator cover assembly. Cleaned the refrigerator and dried all remaining water inside the unit. Advised the customer to allow approximately 24 hours for the refrigerator to reach proper cooling temperatures.
