Diagnosed the main control board and auger motor assembly as faulty. Replaced the main control board and auger assembly, then tested operation. Model: MED5630HW2 Location: Cape Coral, FL 33991 Repair Summary Checked dryer for no heat. Upon arrival, customer stated the dryer vent had been cleaned approximately three weeks ago. Verified the dryer had proper power and was running but not heating. Disassembled the dryer and found a significant amount of lint buildup inside the cabinet. Vacuumed and cleaned the interior, then found the heating element was broken. Checked the thermostats and fuses and verified they tested properly. Replaced the heating element, reassembled the dryer, and tested operation. Dryer is now heating and operating properly; however, airflow testing indicated approximately 80% vent restriction. Advised the customer to contact the vent cleaning company to have the vent system rechecked. Other than the external vent restriction, unit checks normal at this time.

Model: WM8900HBA Location: Immokalee, FL 34142 Repair Summary Checked washer for leaking. Upon initial inspection, found the leak coming from the dispenser assembly and determined the dispenser housing and drawer assembly required replacement. Returned and installed the correct parts provided through the warranty company. Tested the washer after the repair and verified proper operation with no water leaks present. Unit checks normal at this time.

Upon inspection, found the ice maker was not returning to the home position and the ice maker motor was not responding. Diagnosed a defective ice maker and replaced the complete ice maker assembly.
