Upon inspection, found multiple issues, including a torn refrigerator door gasket causing condensation buildup and a broken filter cover. Also found the compressor in a locked-rotor condition. Ordered a new compressor, charging port, necessary coupling, both door gaskets, and filter cover. Returned and completed the sealed-system repair. Pressure tested the system and verified it passed with no pressure loss. Evacuated the system to a deep vacuum and recharged according to factory specifications. Also replaced both door gaskets and the filter cover. Verified both gaskets are sealing properly around the entire door and uploaded pictures documenting the completed repair.

Model: DV50F9A7EVW/A2 Location: Cape Coral, FL 33914 Repair Summary Checked dryer for not starting a cycle. Customer stated the dryer makes a humming noise followed by a clicking sound and then does not start. Upon arrival, attempted to rotate the drum by hand and found it would spin but catch at a certain point. Removed the front cover and inspected the blower housing area. Found no foreign objects or obstructions inside the blower wheel; however, the blower assembly is out of round, causing the wheel to rub against the surrounding trim/fascia and bind during rotation. A new motor/blower assembly would be required to correct the issue. Due to the cost of the repair exceeding the value of the dryer, recommended that the customer replace the unit rather than proceed with the repair.

Model: RF32CG5100SRAA Location: Bonita Springs, FL 34135 Repair Summary Checked refrigerator for weak cooling. Upon arrival, connected HASS and ran the Weak Cooling Test, which failed for both the fresh food and freezer compartments. Inspected the sealed system for leaks and found traces of refrigerant oil at the usual leak location. Completed the sealed-system repair and pressure tested the system with 354 PSI of nitrogen, verifying the system was within normal specifications with no additional leaks found. Evacuated the refrigerator and recharged with 3.3 oz of refrigerant. Ran the HASS Overall Check and verified all tests passed with no issues. Advised the customer to allow approximately 24 hours for the refrigerator to return to proper cooling temperatures.

Model: MVW5435PW0 Location: Cape Coral, FL 33904 Repair Summary Checked washer for starting a cycle, pausing, and then going directly to Done. Verified proper voltage to the main control board and confirmed the door lock, cam, and actuator were operating and shifting properly. Checked the capacitor microfarad reading and found the capacitor within specifications. While disconnecting the capacitor, found the wire harness separating from the Molex connector, creating an intermittent short and causing the cycle issue. Replaced the wire harness assembly and tested operation. Verified the washer started and completed operation properly, including filling, agitating, draining, and spinning. No additional issues found. Educated the customer on proper use and care. Unit checks normal at this time.

Model: WTW6150PW0 Location: Ave Maria, FL 34142 Repair Summary Checked washer for clothes developing stains after using bleach and delicate clothing becoming damaged or torn. Model: RF27T5241SR/AA Location: Estero, FL 33928 Repair Summary Checked refrigerator for no ice production. Upon arrival, found frost buildup inside the ice room. Replaced the ice maker, auger assembly, and ice bucket. Ran HASS diagnostics, cleared all stored error codes, and verified the refrigerator passed all tests. Cycled the ice maker through HASS and confirmed proper operation. Advised the customer to allow approximately 24 hours for normal ice production to resume. Unit checks normal at this time.

Model: RF27CG5010S9AA Location: Cape Coral, FL 33914 Repair Summary Checked refrigerator for weak cooling. Customer stated the refrigerator was not cooling properly. Checked the freezer temperature and found it at approximately 36°F. Verified the compressor and all fans were operating. Connected HASS and ran the Weak Cooling Test, which failed. Inspected the sealed system and found a refrigerant leak at the Lokring fitting next to the condenser. Ordered the necessary parts. Returned and installed the ordered parts and completed the sealed-system repair. During the initial pressure test, the system was losing pressure rapidly, dropping approximately 100 PSI before the leak was located and repaired. Due to the remaining nitrogen supply, pressure tested the repaired system to 320 PSI and isolated it for 25 minutes. Pressure dropped only 0.6 PSI, confirming an excellent pressure test with no additional leaks found. Released the nitrogen and evacuated the system to 600 microns. Recharged the refrigerator according to factory specifications, restored power, and verified the compressor and all fans started properly with cool air circulating. Set temperatures accordingly and advised the customer to allow approximately 24 hours for proper cooling temperatures to be restored. Unit checks normal at this time.

Model: PFD95ESPW0GN Location: Ave Maria, FL 34142 Repair Summary Checked dryer for intermittent heating issues after the main control board and display board were previously replaced. Found the unit had lost its personality settings. Personality code 25 had been entered, but the customer continued experiencing intermittent no-heat concerns. Tested the dryer on Timed Dry and verified the vent and heating cycles were operating properly at the time of service. Contacted Tech Support to document the intermittent issue and determine the proper programming. With Tech Support assistance, successfully restored the correct personality settings. Retested operation and verified the dryer is now operating and heating properly. Advised the customer to continue monitoring the unit. Unit checks normal at this time.
