Model: KRMF706ESS01 Location: Cape Coral, FL 33914 Repair Summary Checked refrigerator for no cooling. Customer stated they removed the bottom grille and found a large amount of debris buildup on the condenser coil. After vacuuming the coil, the refrigerator began cooling again but was still not cooling properly. Checked temperatures and found the freezer at approximately 31°F and the fresh food section at approximately 38°F. Verified the compressor and all fans were operating. No excessive frost buildup was found on the evaporator coil. Found the suction line near the compressor freezing over, indicating a possible low refrigerant charge or sealed-system restriction. A sealed-system repair would be required for further diagnosis and repair. Due to the refrigerator approaching nine years old and the cost of the repair exceeding the value of the unit, recommended that the customer replace the refrigerator rather than proceed with the repair.

Upon arrival, ran two separate cycles and recorded the dishwasher filling, washing, and draining. No leaks or operational issues were found during testing. Some water was present on the floor; however, the water appeared to be coming from the direction of the refrigerator rather than the dishwasher. It is possible the refrigerator may be leaking, but the source could not be confirmed at this time. Dishwasher is filling, washing, and draining properly with no leaks found. Model: WA50R5200AW Location: Fort Myers, FL 33913 Repair Summary Checked washer for an out-of-balance condition and water leaking into the tub. Upon arrival, found the suspension rods beginning to weaken. Replaced all four suspension rods and the water inlet valve. Ran the washer through a full self-test diagnostic cycle and verified all tests passed with no error codes or leaks. Unit checks normal at this time.

Model: RS27T5200SR/AA Location: Fort Myers, FL 33908 Repair Summary Checked refrigerator for no cooling. Upon arrival, found significant ice buildup around the outside of the freezer evaporator cover. Checked for error codes and found a 21C error indicating a freezer evaporator fan motor failure. Replaced the evaporator cover assembly and cleaned the ice and moisture from the freezer compartment. Ran HASS diagnostics. The Weak Cooling Test failed; however, the Overall Check passed. Inspected the sealed-system area and found no oil residue at the usual leak points. All components are operating properly at this time. Advised the customer to allow approximately 24 hours for temperatures to stabilize.

Model: NE63A6511SS/AA Location: Bokeelia, FL 33922 Repair Summary Checked oven for the front right burner not regulating heat properly. Customer stated that when set to low, the burner would remain on high and burn food. Initially unable to duplicate the issue. Allowed the burner to fully heat, then adjusted the setting to low and verified the burner remained on high. Replaced the faulty regulator with a new one and repeated the same test. Verified the burner now regulates properly from high to low. Set the clock and tested all other burners for proper operation. Unit checks normal at this time.

Model: LHSXS2706S/02 Location: Cape Coral, FL 33993 Repair Summary Checked refrigerator for a damaged door concern. Upon inspection, found the top right door was not damaged and only needed to be cleaned. Inspected the lower left door and found a slight wave in the metal rather than a dent. Advised the customer that replacing the door may result in a similar wave or minor imperfection due to the construction of the door, and a perfectly straight or flat replacement cannot be guaranteed. Verified both the freezer and fresh food sections are maintaining proper temperatures. Other than the cosmetic concern, unit checks normal at this time.

Model: RS27T5200SR/AA Location: Cape Coral, FL 33991 Repair Summary Checked refrigerator for no cooling. Upon arrival, found the compressor and all fans running, with temperatures around 76°F. Connected HASS and ran a service diagnostic report, which showed no component failures or error codes. Inspected the compressor area and found traces of oil around the condenser coupler, indicating a refrigerant leak. Determined a sealed-system repair was required and ordered the necessary parts. Returned and installed the ordered parts and completed the sealed-system repair. Pressurized the system to 350 PSI and bubble tested all accessible joints with no leaks found. Isolated the system for 15 minutes and observed only a 0.7 PSI drop, verifying the pressure test passed. Released the nitrogen and evacuated the system to 600 microns. Recharged the refrigerator according to factory specifications, restored power, and verified the compressor and all fans started properly. Model: WRFF3436RZ00 Location: Fort Myers, FL 33905 Repair Summary Checked refrigerator for no ice production. Upon inspection, found ice present in the ice maker tray but the ice maker was not harvesting or dispensing the ice. Replaced the ice maker and tested operation. Verified the new ice maker cycled properly right away. Advised the customer not to push the refrigerator too far back against the wall, as this can kink or damage the water supply line and potentially cause a leak.
