Customer stated they would often have to run an additional Drain & Spin cycle and noticed the remaining cycle time would increase. Inspected the suspension rods and found them operating properly. Found damage to the tub top consistent with the washer previously going off balance. Tested the washer during spin and heard a grinding-type noise, followed by a high-pitched noise as the basket slowed down. Inspected underneath the washer and found no significant oil leakage; however, based on the abnormal noises and symptoms, the gearcase appears to be beginning to fail. Due to the age of the washer and anticipated repair cost, the customer elected to replace the unit rather than proceed with repairs.

Model: WRF767SDHZ04 Location: Naples, FL 34104 Repair Summary Checked refrigerator for slow ice production. Customer stated the upper ice maker was the primary concern, although the husband reported both upper and lower ice makers had been producing ice slowly. Checked the freezer temperature and found it at approximately 19°F, which is too warm for proper ice production. Verified the freezer fan was circulating air. Entered service mode and found an E5 error indicating an ice maker temperature/thermistor issue. Checked the optics and found them operating properly. Attempted to fill the ice maker mold and found the fill tube frozen, preventing water from reaching the ice maker. Lowered the freezer setting to -5°F to help improve temperatures and ice production. Returned and replaced the upper ice maker, fill tube, and ice room heater. Freezer temperature was approximately 9–10°F upon arrival. Ran test mode and verified the ice maker cycled and operated properly with no error codes present. Advised the customer to allow approximately 24 hours for ice production to begin and up to 72 hours for the ice bucket to fill.

Model: RF24R7201SR/AA Location: Punta Gorda, FL 33955 Repair Summary Checked refrigerator for no power. Customer stated the refrigerator was receiving power but was completely dead. Verified proper 120V supply to the main control board but found no power output from the board. Inspected the original control board and found a visible burnt area, confirming board failure. Provided the customer with an estimate for the repair, which was approved. Replaced the main control board and verified the refrigerator powered on and began operating properly. Advised the customer to allow approximately 24 hours for the unit to reach proper operating temperatures.

Model: PYE22KYNKFS Location: Ave Maria, FL 34142 Repair Summary Checked refrigerator for a piece that had fallen off. Upon inspection, found the mullion guide had come loose due to a missing screw. Installed new screws and secured the mullion guide properly. Tested door operation and verified the mullion is now functioning and aligning correctly. Unit checks normal at this time.

Model: GTD45EASJ3WS Location: Ave Maria, FL 34142 Repair Summary Checked dryer for a noise complaint. Customer also mentioned the dryer had previously been taking too long to dry, but the builder already had the ventilation cleaned and the current concern was the noise. Disassembled the dryer and found shoelaces caught between the drum and front bearing assembly. Removed the shoelaces and inspected the affected components. No damage was found. Reassembled and tested the dryer and verified it is operating properly with no abnormal noises. Unit checks normal at this time.

Model: RF29BB8600QLAA Location: Punta Gorda, FL 33955 Repair Summary Checked refrigerator for no ice production and no water dispensing. Verified the refrigerator has a proper water supply. Upon inspection, found the water filter was not installed correctly (see picture). Properly seated the water filter and tested operation. Verified both ice makers filled with water, the AutoFill pitcher filled properly, and the refrigerator is now dispensing water normally (see video). Educated the customer that this model requires the water filter to be properly installed in order for the water dispenser to operate. Unit is working properly at this time.

Model: GFT14ESSM3WW Location: Naples, FL 34110 Repair Summary Checked dryer for an overheating complaint. Customer stated clothes were coming out extremely hot and steaming. Inspected the lint filter and found a sock obstructing the vent area. Removed the sock and cleaned the main lint filter. This is a ductless dryer. Tested the heating cycle with the filter removed and found the temperature reached approximately 177°F before cycling down to 150–140°F. Retested with the filter installed and found the temperature reached approximately 197°F before cycling down accordingly. Verified the heating system is cycling properly. Educated the customer on the importance of cleaning the lint filter regularly to maintain proper airflow and prevent overheating. No other issues found and no parts were provided or required.

Model: PZS22MYKFHFS Location: Ave Maria, FL 34142 Repair Summary Checked refrigerator for the ice maker overfilling. Upon inspection, found the ice maker operating as designed. Educated the customer that the ice bin must fill high enough for the ice to contact the shutoff lever before ice production will stop. Pictures and videos taken upon arrival show the ice maker had properly stopped production once the ice reached the shutoff lever. Removed the ice that was holding the lever in the off position, dispensed the ice from the tray, and cycled the ice maker. Verified it cycled properly with no issues. Unit is working as designed at this time.

Model: LRS0S2706S/02 Location: Immokalee, FL 34142 Repair Summary Checked refrigerator for not dispensing ice. Upon inspection, found the ice bucket frozen and stuck in place. Removed the frozen bucket and replaced it with a new one. Tested the ice maker and verified it cycles properly with no water leaks. Tested the dispenser and confirmed ice is now dispensing properly (see uploaded videos). The auger assembly was also going to be replaced; however, the supplied replacement part has the incorrect electrical connection and could not be installed. Unit is dispensing ice properly at this time.

Model: WED4815EW1 Location: Immokalee, FL 34142 Repair Summary Checked dryer for a noise complaint. Customer stated it sounded like something was stuck and rubbing inside the dryer. Disassembled the unit and inspected all components. Found a screw lodged between the front panel and drum, along with several coins. Removed the screw and coins and inspected the drum, finding no damage. Reassembled and tested the dryer. Verified the drum is rotating properly, the unit is heating, and no abnormal noises are present. Uploaded video confirming proper operation.
