Replaced the heating element and vacuumed lint and debris from inside the dryer cabinet. Advised the customer that if the dryer vent has not been cleaned recently, it should be professionally cleaned as soon as possible to help prevent future component damage and potential fire hazards. Tested operation and verified the dryer is now heating and operating properly. Uploaded video confirming proper operation.

Model: WDF560SAFT2 Location: Cape Coral, FL 33914 Repair Summary Checked dishwasher for a noise complaint and not cleaning dishes properly. Ran diagnostics and found an error related to the wash motor. All other functions tested properly. Provided the customer with an estimate for the repair, which was approved. During disassembly, found the wiring harness corroded at the motor connection (see pictures). Advised the customer that the harness will also need to be replaced to complete the repair. Reordering the wash motor along with the required wiring harness.

Model: KRFF577KPS02 Location: Fort Myers, FL 33913 Repair Summary Checked refrigerator for no ice production. Ran diagnostics and found an E2 error code indicating the ice maker motor had lost position. Attempted to force the ice maker through a cycle, but the motor would not move. Verified the ice maker was receiving water properly. Replaced the faulty ice maker and tested operation. Verified the new ice maker cycled and operated properly with no issues. Uploaded videos documenting the repair and proper operation.

Model: RF23M8070SR/AA Location: Bonita Springs, FL 34134 Repair Summary Checked refrigerator for no ice production. Upon arrival, connected HASS and ran a service diagnostic report. Found several stored compressor fault error codes; however, the compressor was running and the refrigerator was cooling properly at this time. Checked water pressure and verified approximately 8 oz of water in 8 seconds. Also found an ice maker error code. Cleared the stored errors and inspected the ice box area, where ice buildup was beginning to form. Removed the components, inspected the auger IR sensor, and cleared the ice buildup. Replaced the auger assembly, ice maker, and ice bin. Forced the ice maker to cycle and verified it called for water properly with no leaks. Reviewed with the customer what to monitor and ways to help control and prevent future ice buildup. Ran the HASS Overall Check and verified all other refrigerator components are operating properly. Advised the customer to allow approximately 24 hours for normal ice production. Unit checks normal at this time.

Model: MVW4505MW2 Location: Fort Myers, FL 33912 Repair Summary Checked washer for not completing the spin cycle. Ran diagnostics and found an F0E3 overload error and F7E1 error indicating the washer was not detecting the tub changing gear. The unit is installed outside in a small shed and is exposed to Florida weather. Found coins lodged around the agitator and explained to the customer that foreign objects can interfere with tub movement and potentially damage the gearcase and bearings. Initially determined the unit may require a cam, actuator, and potentially a complete tub job. Replaced the suspension assemblies; however, during diagnostics, the tub did not move and the overload error returned, indicating the actuator, cam, or gearcase was binding. Replaced the actuator and cam clutch assembly and retested. The washer began operating properly again. Advised the customer that if additional problems occur, especially continued off-balance or tub movement issues, a complete tub job may be required.

Model: RF28R7201SR/AA Location: North Fort Myers, FL 33903 Repair Summary Checked refrigerator for the upper ice maker not working properly. Customer stated the ice was coming out slushy before ice production stopped. Upon inspection, found frost buildup around the ice maker and the air passage frozen over. Thawed and cleared the ice room and air passage. Replaced the ice maker, auger assembly, and ice bin. Tested operation and verified the ice maker cycled properly. Advised the customer to allow approximately 24 hours for normal ice production.

Model: RS27T5200SR/AA Location: Lehigh Acres, FL 33972 Repair Summary Checked refrigerator for no cooling. Upon inspection, found the freezer evaporator fan ramping up and down. Replaced the freezer evaporator cover assembly and ran the HASS Weak Cooling Test, which failed. Based on the applicable service pointer regarding potential Lokring leaks, inspected the compressor area and found a refrigerant leak at the condenser Lokring connection. Completed the sealed-system repair by replacing the leaking Lokring connection and filter drier. Pressurized the sealed system with 350 PSI of nitrogen and verified it held pressure for over 15 minutes. Evacuated the system to a deep vacuum and recharged the refrigerator with the factory-specified refrigerant charge. Ran diagnostics and verified proper operation with no error codes or additional issues. Advised the customer to allow up to 24 hours for the refrigerator to reach normal operating temperatures.

Model: FFCD2413US7B Location: Cape Coral, FL 33993 Repair Summary Checked dishwasher for not drying properly and leaking during the drain cycle. Upon inspection, found the water leak is coming from the garbage disposal where the dishwasher drains. The disposal is not part of the dishwasher and is not covered under the dishwasher repair. Tested the dishwasher and verified the heating element is operating properly, drawing approximately 8 amps when activated. Found no rinse aid in the dishwasher reservoir or available under the sink. Recommended using rinse aid to improve drying performance and leaving the dishwasher door slightly open after the cycle is complete to allow moisture to escape and improve drying. No issues found with the dishwasher at this time.

Model: RF27CG5010S9AA Location: Cape Coral, FL 33990 Repair Summary Checked refrigerator for weak cooling. Upon arrival, verified the compressor and condenser fans were running; however, the evaporator fan was not operating. Checked voltage to the evaporator fan and verified proper voltage was present. Also found heavy frost concentrated on the top loop of the evaporator. Replaced the evaporator cover assembly and verified proper air circulation. Connected HASS and ran a service diagnostic report. The Weak Cooling Test showed elevated temperatures in both the fresh food and freezer compartments, and the Overall Quality Check initially failed. Inspected the compressor area and found no visible oil residue. Installed a service port on the compressor and performed an initial pressure test, which showed no pressure loss. Replaced the filter drier and pressurized the sealed system to 350 PSI with nitrogen. After a 15-minute isolation period, the system dropped only 2.5 PSI. Evacuated the system to approximately 600 microns and charged it according to factory specifications. Restored operation and verified the compressor and all fans started properly. Set temperatures accordingly and advised the customer to allow approximately 24 hours for proper cooling temperatures to be reached.

Model: NE63A6511SS/AA Location: Cape Coral, FL 33914 Repair Summary Checked range for the display buttons not responding properly, especially the number buttons. Tested operation and confirmed the control panel was faulty. Replaced the control board, overlay, and LED display. Tested operation after the repair and verified all buttons are now responding and the unit is working properly (see video).
