    Model: MHW8630HW4 Location: Cape Coral, FL 33990 Repair Summary Checked washer for an intermittent "Lo Flo" error occurring during the wash cycle. The customer stated the error appears randomly after several completed cycles. Retrieved stored error code F8E1 (Low Water Flow) during diagnostics. Verified the household water supply and pressure were normal. Confirmed the cold water valve fills through the flow meter before entering the dispenser drawer. Ran multiple test cycles using both hot and cold water, and the washer filled each cycle with good pressure. It is recommended to replace the water valves. Because the failure could not be duplicated, customer elected to replace the washer rather than proceed with repairs. No repairs were performed.

  • Samsung Front Load Washer - Leaking Water From The Door

    Model: WF50BG8300AVUS Location: Estero, FL 33928 Repair Summary Checked washer for a damaged door diaphragm. Upon inspection, found a section of the lower portion of the door diaphragm was torn and missing. Replaced the door diaphragm and ran a HASS diagnostic test. Verified all tests passed with no leaks detected. Reassembled the washer and confirmed proper operation. Uploaded a video showing the completed repair. Unit checks normal.

  • Samsung Microwave - Door Handle Broke

    Model: ME16A4021AS/A2 Location: Cape Coral, FL 33991 Repair Summary Checked microwave for a broken door handle. Upon inspection, found the plastic mounting tabs on the handle had broken where the mounting screws attach. Replaced the door handle and tested operation. Verified the microwave door now opens and closes properly. All other microwave functions operate normally. Unit checks normal.

  • Samsung Range - Aluminum Foil Stuck To The Bottom

    Model: NE63A6511SS/AA Location: Estero, FL 33928 Repair Summary Checked oven for damage inside the oven cavity. Upon inspection, reviewed the owner's manual with the customer and showed where it states that aluminum foil should not be used to line the oven cavity. Contacted technical support to document the findings. Technical support determined the damage was the result of physical damage caused by improper use and advised the condition is not covered under warranty and is not repairable. Reviewed the manufacturer's decision with the customer, who stated they plan to contact Samsung directly to discuss further.

  • Monogram Refrigerator - Display Blank & Beeping

    Model: ZIPP360NHASS Location: Naples, FL 34119 Repair Summary Checked refrigerator for a no display and no interior lights complaint. Upon arrival, found the refrigerator turned off at the circuit breaker. After power was restored, the display and interior lights remained inoperative. Before disassembly, briefly observed the display respond with a beep and several "0" characters before going blank again, indicating a communication issue. Verified 120V AC was present at the main control board. Measured only 0.5V DC at the display power output, where 12–14V DC is required, confirming a failed main control board. Replaced the main control board and upon removing the original board, found visible heat damage and discoloration further confirming board failure. Installed the new control board and verified the display, interior lights, compressor, and all fans were operating properly. Set the temperatures to 37°F for the fresh food section and 0°F for the freezer. Advised the customer to allow up to 24 hours for the refrigerator to reach normal operating temperatures. Unit is operating properly at this time.

  • Samsung Refrigerator - Sealed System Repair

    Model: RF29BB8600QLAA Location: Cape Coral FL 33909 Repair Summary Checked refrigerator for a freezer not cooling properly. Upon arrival, verified the freezer temperature was elevated. Connected HASS and found only a high temperature error code. Performed the weak cooling test, which failed. Inspected the compressor compartment and found no visible oil residue or signs of a refrigerant leak at the lokring connections. No bubbles were detected during the initial inspection. Determined the unit required a filter drier replacement, installation of an access port, and a nitrogen pressure test to locate the leak. Returned and replaced the filter drier and installed an access port. Began pressure testing the sealed system with nitrogen and, at approximately 225–250 PSI, heard popping noises from inside the cabinet. A louder pop followed, and system pressure began dropping rapidly. Increased the pressure to 350 PSI; however, the system lost nearly 100 PSI within 5 minutes. Removed the evaporator covers and inspected for leaks using a leak detection solution but found no visible bubbles. Based on the rapid pressure loss and internal popping noises, confirmed the refrigerant leak is within the cabinet walls. The refrigerator has an internal cabinet leak and is non-repairable.

  • Samsung Range - Display Has No Power

    Model: NE63A6511SS/AA Location: Lehigh Acres, FL 33971 Repair Summary Checked range for a no power complaint. Upon inspection, verified proper voltage was present to the range and the main control board, but there was no output from the control board. Replaced the main control board, display board, and touch membrane assembly. Tested operation after the repair and verified the display powered on and all functions operated properly. Unit is working normally at this time.

  • Samsung Range - Front Burners Do Not Regulate From High To Low

    Model: NE58F9500SS/AA Location: Cape Coral, 33990 Repair Summary Checked oven for the front left and front right burners not regulating properly. The customer stated both burners remained on high when set to low. Upon inspection, found both infinite switches faulty. Replaced both infinite switches and tested operation. Verified both burners now regulate properly from high to low. Video taken for verification. Set the clock and confirmed no additional issues. Unit checks normal.

  • Whirlpool Refrigerator - No Cool

    Model: WRF560SEHZ02 Location: Saint James City, FL 33956 Repair Summary Checked refrigerator for poor cooling. Upon arrival, found elevated temperatures in both the fresh food and freezer compartments, and the cabinet side panels were excessively hot. Pulled the refrigerator out and found the condenser fan motor was not operating despite receiving 120V AC. Advised the customer the condenser fan motor would need to be replaced and left a temporary fan behind the refrigerator to provide airflow and help with cooling until the return visit. Upon return, the customer stated the freezer never cooled back down despite the temporary fan. Inspected the evaporator and found no frost pattern on the evaporator coil, indicating a sealed system refrigerant leak. Explained to the customer that the failed condenser fan prevented an accurate sealed system diagnosis during the initial visit, as the lack of airflow alone could account for the cooling issue by raising refrigerant temperatures. Although the temporary fan resolved the overheating condition of compressor, the absence of a frost pattern confirmed an additional sealed system failure. Did not install the condenser fan motor. Reviewed the repair process with the customer, including the possibility of sealed system warranty coverage; however, the customer declined further repairs and elected to replace the refrigerator instead.

  • Maytag Dryer - Loud Noise & No Heat

    Model: MED7230HW3 Location: Cape Coral, FL 33909 Repair Summary Checked dryer for a loud rumbling noise. The customer stated the noise was most noticeable when the dryer shut off and the drum came to a stop. Upon inspection, found the blower wheel stripped and separated from the motor shaft, causing it to wobble. Removed the damaged blower wheel, replaced the motor assembly and blower wheel, and verified proper operation. The customer also reported the dryer was no longer heating. Checked the heating system and found the high-limit thermostat on the heater housing open due to restricted airflow. Replaced the high-limit thermostat and tested the dryer, verifying proper drum rotation and normal heating operation. During testing, found poor airflow through the exhaust vent and advised the customer to have the dryer vent professionally cleaned before continued use to prevent the high-limit thermostat from failing again. Unit is operating properly at this time.
