Entered service mode and checked for error codes; none were present. Verified the ice maker is producing ice, and ice cream in the freezer was frozen solid. Inspected the compressor compartment for signs of refrigerant leakage and found no oil residue or other indication of a leak. Condenser fan is also operating properly. Model: RF263BEAESR/AA Location: North Fort Myers, FL 33917 Repair Summary Checked refrigerator for reported water accumulation near the bottom of the fresh food section and crisper drawer. Customer stated they returned from up north on October 8 and found water in the crisper area, which they cleaned up prior to our arrival on October 15. No water was present during today's inspection. Removed the fresh food evaporator cover and inspected the area; no issues were found. Poured water into the evaporator drain and verified the drain is clear and draining properly. Inspected the evaporator coil and confirmed a proper frost pattern. Cycled the ice maker and tested the water dispenser, verifying proper operation with no leaks. No additional issues could be found or duplicated during today's service. Unit checks normal at this time.

Model: DVE45B6300P/A3 Location: Cape Coral, FL 33993 Repair Summary Checked dryer for not heating properly and shutting off prematurely. Customer stated clothes were not drying completely and the dryer was shutting off before the cycle was finished. Customer also stated the dryer vent had been professionally cleaned because the previous dryer had experienced similar issues. Connected HASS and ran a service diagnostic report with no initial error codes. During testing, the dryer displayed an HC error code indicating a shorted thermistor and inability to properly sense temperature. Replaced the thermistor and inspected the remaining internal components, which all checked properly. Reassembled the dryer and performed another HASS test, which then displayed a C80 error indicating approximately 80% airflow blockage. Inspected the lint filter and found it heavily compacted with lint and dog hair, restricting airflow. Cleaned the lint filter and retested the dryer. HASS now passes, and the dryer is heating properly with good airflow. Educated the customer on proper use and care, including keeping the lint filter clean. Unit checks normal at this time.

Model: WD53DBA900HZ Location: Fort Myers, FL 33912 Repair Summary Checked washer/dryer combo for not drying properly. Upon arrival, inspected the ventilation system and condenser coil. Found the condenser coil slightly dirty and some lint buildup near the filter area. Started a cleaning cycle to clean the condenser coil and removed the accumulated lint. Ran HASS diagnostics twice and verified all tests passed successfully with no issues. Installed the part provided for the applicable service bulletin and retested the unit. Model: RS27T5200SG/AA Location: Cape Coral, FL 33904 Repair Summary Checked refrigerator for ice maker not producing ice. Upon arrival, connected HASS and ran the Weak Cooling Test, which passed with cooling temperatures within specifications. Ran the HASS Overall Test, which also completed successfully with no issues. Further inspection found the ice maker fill tube frozen. Customer is a seasonal resident and advised that the refrigerator water supply had been shut off. Thawed the frozen fill tube and cycled the ice maker, verifying it is now operating and calling for water properly. Advised the customer that when leaving the refrigerator unused for an extended period, the ice maker should also be turned off to help prevent the fill tube from freezing when the water supply is shut off. Unit checks normal at this time.

Model: RS27T5200SR/AA Location: Lehigh Acres, FL 33973 Repair Summary Checked refrigerator for no cooling. Upon inspection, connected HASS and found the unit failed the Weak Cooling Test. Inspected the compressor compartment and found a small refrigerant leak at the condenser Lokring connection. The refrigerator doors needed to be removed to access the compressor compartment, and the customer approved the removal. Based on the previous service history, the compressor also required replacement, and a charging port could not be installed during the previous repair. Ordered the replacement compressor and condenser coil, with the required Lokring supplied from truck stock. Returned and completed the sealed-system repair, including replacement of the compressor and condenser coil. Pressurized the sealed system and confirmed it passed the leak test with no leaks detected. Evacuated the system to a proper vacuum and recharged the refrigerator according to factory specifications. Restored operation and advised the customer to allow approximately 24 hours for the refrigerator to reach proper operating temperatures and to continue monitoring the unit. Model: LSEL6335F/00 Location: Ave Maria, FL 34142 Repair Summary Checked range for multiple burners activating when only one burner is selected. Upon inspection, confirmed abnormal operation consistent with a communication issue between the burner regulators. During testing, activating one burner caused another burner on the opposite side of the cooktop to activate without user input. Recorded and uploaded video documentation demonstrating the malfunction. Determined the control panel assembly requires replacement. If the control panel assembly is unavailable, all burner regulators and the associated wiring harness will need to be replaced. Advised the warranty company of the findings, required parts, and recommended repair. The warranty company will source the necessary components and ship them directly to the customer.
