Model: RF30BB6600QLAA Location: Estero, FL 33928 Repair Summary Checked refrigerator for an initial concern of slow ice production. Upon arrival, customer also reported concerns with the refrigerator and doors not being level and the French door mullion assembly being loose. Found the upper portion of the mullion disconnected and not properly attached to the door. Correctly seated the assembly, adjusted the front leveling feet, and shimmed the rear of the refrigerator. This properly squared the unit and aligned the doors. Connected HASS and ran a service diagnostic report, which showed no error codes. Fresh food temperatures were elevated, likely due to the mullion not properly closing and sealing the doors. Cycled both ice makers and found they would not rotate. Removed and inspected them, verified the fill tubes were not frozen, the heaters were functioning properly, and water pressure was good. Replaced the ice makers and retested. Both ice makers cycled properly and called for water with no leaks. Lowered the temperature settings to improve overall cooling and ice production. Ran the HASS Overall Quality Check and verified all components are communicating and operating properly. Customer will continue to monitor. Unit checks normal at this time.

Model: PFD95ESPW0GN Location: Ave Maria, FL 34142 Repair Summary Checked dryer for no power. Upon inspection, verified the main control board was receiving proper voltage but was not supplying power out to the unit. Replaced the main control board and display board. Tested operation after the repair and verified the dryer is now powering on, heating, and operating properly with no issues. Uploaded video confirming proper operation.

Model: GFW550SSN4WW Location: Naples, FL 34105 Repair Summary Checked washer for stopping in the middle of a cycle and becoming unusable. Upon arrival, verified the washer was receiving proper 120V. Powered the unit on successfully; however, within approximately 30 seconds, the washer powered off automatically and the relays on the main control board began clicking. Connected SmartHQ and ran a service diagnostic report, which showed several stored and active error codes related to the pressure switch, drain system, main control board, and inverter. SmartHQ also showed a mandatory software update. Attempted to complete the software update, but the update failed. Based on the diagnostic results, the unit will require replacement of the affected electronics and drain pump. Ordering the required parts. The warranty company will order any additional parts needed and send them to the customer.

Model: WRS325SDHZ08 Location: Lehigh Acres, FL 33976 Repair Summary Checked refrigerator for a no-cooling complaint. Upon inspection, found heavy sulfur contamination in the sealed-system area, causing corrosion and a refrigerant leak at the filter drier. Also found the refrigerant lines rusted and corroded. The refrigerator would require replacement of the filter drier and discharge line; however, due to the extent of the sulfur contamination and the unit being approximately three years old, contacted Whirlpool for review before proceeding with repairs. Whirlpool reviewed the findings and advised that the unit is currently under review. Whirlpool will contact the customer within 3–5 business days with further resolution.

Model: MED7230HW2 Location: Estero, FL 33928 Repair Summary Checked dryer for no heat. Upon arrival, found the vent hose crushed and restricting airflow. Also found the lint trap and vent packed with lint. Removed and cleaned the lint buildup and corrected the crushed vent hose. Advised the customer that the exterior vent also needs to be cleaned. Verified proper incoming voltage to the dryer. Disassembled the unit and found the heating element had failed. Vacuumed lint and debris from inside the dryer cabinet and replaced the heater and thermostat kit. Tested operation and verified the drum spins properly and the dryer is cycling heat normally. Unit checks normal at this time.

Model: RF27T5241SR/AA 51 Location: Cape Coral, FL 33904 Repair Summary Checked refrigerator for the bottom ice maker not working. Manually cycled the ice maker and found it did not respond. Verified the fill tube was not frozen. Provided the customer with an estimate for the repair, which was approved. Replaced the bottom ice maker and tested operation. Verified the ice maker is now cycling and operating properly (see video). Advised the customer to allow approximately 24 hours for normal ice production.

Model: WF45B6300AP/US Location: Fort Myers, FL 33905 Repair Summary Checked washer for water leaking from the front rubber diaphragm. Upon inspection, found signs that the unit had been previously worked on. The front panel is dented, and the control panel has a crack inside the dispenser area that is only visible when the dispenser is pulled out. Replaced the rubber diaphragm. Noted that the retaining spring has limited tension; however, the customer stated it has been this way since the unit was new. Tested the washer with the new diaphragm installed and verified proper operation with no further leaks.

Model: WRF767SDHZ02 Location: North Fort Myers, FL 33917 Repair Summary Checked refrigerator for the fresh food ceiling lights not working. This condition can occur when the freezer light is not functioning. Inspected the freezer light and found it was off. While removing the freezer light to check voltage, all of the interior lights came back on. Suspect a loose connection at the freezer light assembly. Verified all interior lights are now illuminated and operating properly (see before-and-after pictures).

Model: RF31CG7400SRAA Location: Bonita Springs, FL 34135 Repair Summary Checked refrigerator for the upper freezer drawer sticking and not closing completely. Customer was also concerned about cooling temperatures. Connected HASS and ran a service diagnostic, which showed no cooling errors. Inspected the freezer drawer and found frost buildup on the rails, causing them to stick during opening and closing. Also found the drawers were overfilled and some items had fallen behind them, interfering with proper operation. Removed the obstructing items and cleared the frost from the rails. Verified the drawers now open and close smoothly and completely. Cycled the ice makers and verified proper operation. Educated the customer on proper freezer loading and ways to help improve ice production. Unit checks normal at this time.

Model: NE58K9850WG/AA 04 Location: Fort Myers, FL 33905 Repair Summary Checked cooktop for cracked glass. Replaced the cracked cooktop glass and tested operation. Verified all burners turn on and off properly and are operating normally. Unit checks normal at this time.
